Per Diems Against Poverty is excited about the prospect of welcoming fresh, young talent to our team! We're looking for a compassionate, driven, and creative college student to join our fight against hunger in America. We're passionate about serving both our local community and communities nationwide; therefore, a passion for serving others is preferred!
Per Diems Against Poverty interns are leaders who are dedicated to our mission and vision while adhering to our organization's Core Values! This internship may call for visits to our local food bank, food pantries, and/or attendance at community awareness and service events, so it's imperative that our interns show kindness and compassion to all individuals we serve at all times.
At the end of the internship, it is expected that the Per Diems Against Poverty intern will have helped to spread the word about our mission and vision to the American public nationwide, assisted in securing partnerships with both private and public donors, contributed to our website blog, performed various administrative tasks, and researched and applied for numerous grant opportunities.
Please note internships are unpaid and students must be eligible to receive credit from an accredited U.S. university. If you're based in Fort Smith, AR, and fit the description, please apply here to take your first step in joining our fight against hunger in America! Please email all applications to firstname.lastname@example.org.
